Orders are usually despatched promptly, but let us know when you place your order if you need delivery by, or on a specific date. | Returns You may return any purchases (excluding bespoke items) for a refund or exchange: Linen Press goods within 14 days, and sale goods including Big Back Bedroom orders within 7 days. Returns are sent at your own expense, but you won't be charged postage on exchanges. Unless faulty all goods must be returned in their orginal condition and unused.

| Helpful Info "Oxford" refers to the extra band of fabric around pillowcases and duvet covers. Any shape or size pillowcase can be "Oxford".
"Percale" is a term often applied to the thread count of cotton. To be considered "percale", the thread count should be a minimum of 180. Percale can refer to 100% cotton but also be applied to poly/cotton mixes, so be careful!
Lengths where quoted, are intended as a guide as they may vary with size. Typically, they represent a mid-size.

| Care Instructions Except where indicated, all items are machine washable at 40°C and appropriate washing instructions will be included with your order. As all Linen Press items are made from natural fibres, correct care will ensure maximum longevity and satisfaction from your product. To help you to keep them looking and feeling their best, we are working with Persil to provide excellent washing advice. | Reduced Goods Policy If, within 10 days of buying something from us you then see the same goods being offered at a lower price on our website or in our catalogue, you may request a credit to the value of the difference. This may be used against a future full price purchase.
The rules:
1. The item in question must have been purchased no more than 10 days prior to the new reduction.
2. This does not apply to Big Back Bedroom goods, which are continually reduced in price, their availability often reflected in the price.
3. The credit is only valid against future full price Linen Press goods.
4. The credit must not exceed 55% of the total price of the new order.
5. The credit is valid for 6 months.
6. The amount of the credit is calculated by deducting the latest reduced price from the price originally charged, excluding any postage and delivery charges.
7. Discounts may not be backdated.
8. Cannot be used with any other offer.
